What You’ll Need

Journeyperson Heavy Duty Equipment Technician (Off-Road) certification
Minimum 2 years post-journeyperson experience with large haul trucks, dozers, graders, and excavators
Experience with Cat, Komatsu, and Hitachi equipment
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (hydraulic, electrical, mechanical systems)
Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record

What Will Make You Stand Out

Experience working in safety-sensitive environments (oil sands, mining, heavy construction)
Knowledge of Cat SIS systems
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
