Orano Canada is hiring Heavy Duty Mechanics for its McClean Lake uranium mine. The role involves maintenance and repair of mobile and stationary mining equipment in a safety-sensitive camp environment. Ideal candidates are certified journeypersons with extensive experience across haul trucks, loaders, and diagnostic software tools, ready to work independently on a 14/14 rotation.

What you’ll need:

Interprovincial Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic ticket
10 years’ experience maintaining heavy mobile equipment
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and computer skills
Ability to pass drug/alcohol and background screening
Must supply own high-quality hand tools

What will make you stand out:

Experience with SAP, Cat ET, Cummins INSITE, or Wabco Toolbox
Familiarity with light and medium duty fleet maintenance
Preference given to residents of Saskatchewan’s North
