Heavy Civil Excavator Operators in Alberta – Remote Rotation + Housing

Morgan Construction is seeking skilled Excavator Operators to join their heavy civil operations across Alberta. This full-time, rotational role includes outdoor earthmoving, road and lease building, and reclamation using 65-ton+ excavators. What you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience operating large excavators (65 TON+)
• Familiarity with road building, lease construction, reclamation
• Ability to read and follow grade plans
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, in all weather
• Fit to work, alcohol and drug screening
• Required certifications: CSTS-09/OSSA/BSO/CSO, First Aid, H2S Alive, Bear Awareness
• CSA-approved steel-toe boots
