North American Construction Group is hiring Ground Workers for the Fort Hills Oil Sands project. This role offers competitive pay, a 14/7 rotation, and camp accommodations with FIFO travel. Workers will support industrial site operations through tasks like snow removal, pipe placement, and light vehicle operation. It's ideal for experienced laborers looking for consistent, well-compensated oilfield work.

Perks & benefits:

Up to $36.17/hr plus $1.20/hr night shift premium
14/7 schedule with paid 11.5-hour days
Overtime eligibility (after 8 hrs/day or 44 hrs/week)
Camp accommodations and meals
Flights from Edmonton/Calgary + bus transfer
Full benefits and pension after 400 hours
Weekly pay and vacation/stat pay in every check
PPE provided (excluding CSA boots)

What you’ll need:

2 years general labor experience
At least 1 year of mine site experience
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Physically fit to lift 50 lbs
Pre-employment drug/alcohol test and medical screening
Valid safety certifications: CSO, Silica Awareness, WHMIS, Fall Protection, etc.

What will make you stand out:

Experience with grading, laser levels, and pumps
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of safety procedures in mining environments
