What you’ll need:

  • Secondary school diploma (preferred)

  • At least 1 year of general labor experience

  • Willingness to train on multiple stations

  • Manual dexterity and physical endurance

  • Strong focus on safety and teamwork

  • Availability for Monday–Thursday day or night shifts

What will make you stand out:

  • Forklift certification

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and execution speed

  • Demonstrated initiative and sense of responsibility

  • Prior experience in lumber or manufacturing environments
