Primoris Canada is an infrastructure contractor serving major firms in the oil, gas, power, petrochemical, and heavy oil industries and includes services covering tailings and hydro-transport pipeline construction and maintenance, storage tank construction and maintenance, industrial facilities multi-discipline construction and maintenance, piping fabrication, and pipeline integrity services.

SUMMARY

A General Labourer is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy facility by completing various tasks at the Acheson Corporate Office. This work may exist indoors or outdoors and may be physically demanding.

Shift: 5&2

Rate: $23.94-$27.90 (Inclusive of employer contributions for vacation/statutory, health and welfare, RSP, RSP matching, and education and training)

JOB DUTIES

• TasksGeneral cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.Cleaning and stocking restrooms.Perform minor repairs.Notify the supervisor of major repairs.Collect and dispose of trash.Keep cleaning supplies and facility supplies in stock.Clear snow in the winter and yard maintenance in summer.
• Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• CSTS-09 or CSTS-20
• Must be physically able to lift 50lbs.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to operate yard maintenance equipment and snow removal equipment.
• Skills to make minor repairs (drywall repair, paint restorations, etc.)
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to keep an organized record of cleaning supply inventory
