Leading manufacturing company providing machining, brazing and welding services of wear part consumables for the forestry and road construction is seeking to fill entry-level general labor positions at its plant in the South Point, OH area.This is a position where the employee performs a variety of general production labor duties at a training-level capacity under the direction of a mentor employee following standard operating, safety, and quality procedures that include product assembly and machine and/or equipment operation as assigned by supervisory personnel on a daily basis.  Employee will perform other duties as required by supervisory/plant management personnel.

HS/GED Preferred

Job Duties:

• Follow all safety policies and operation procedures;
• Perform required quality checks and maintain documentation;
• Assist in maintaining warehouse and mobile inventories;
• Follows all tracker recording procedures;

• Fundamental listening, verbal, and written communication skills; 
• Fundamental math skills including knowledge of fractions and decimals; 
• Basic measuring skills using various measuring tools; 
• Repetitive standing and/or bending capability during normal phase duties; 
• Near/far vision and multiple limb coordination; 
• Moderate to heavy lifting capability (up to 65 lbs); 
• Team member mentality and distinct aptitudes to perform duties with care, commitment, passion, and pride.
