These positions range from entry-level trainees to experienced Service Operators, offering excellent pay, structured career growth, housing, per diem, and generous benefits. Roles follow a 2 weeks on, 1 week off schedule and require a CDL, clean driving record, and physical readiness.

  • Pass background, physical, and drug screen
  • For Operator Assistant II and above: 3+ months related experience
  • For Service Operator roles: rig-up/rig-down experience, frac operations familiarity
