What You’ll Like About This Job

Bouchier is hiring Utility Equipment Operators to support roads and grounds projects at major oil sands sites around Fort McMurray, Alberta. This is a rotational, camp-based position with 7/7 shifts and access to flights from Edmonton and Calgary. Operators will handle a range of heavy equipment in a safety-first environment with opportunities for training and advancement.

What you'll need:

2–5 years of heavy equipment operating experience
Valid Class 1 or 3 driver's license
Clean 5-year driver abstract (within 30 days of start)
CSO, WHMIS 2015 certifications
Physically fit to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors, and pass drug, alcohol & fitness tests
Fluency in English and legal eligibility to work in Canada

What will make you stand out:

Finishing grade experience
Certifications: TDG, Ground Disturbance, OSSA Confined Space, First Aid, H2S Alive
Experience on rock truck, dozer, grader, excavator, loader, low bed, or snow plow
Comfortable working near water, at heights, or performing labour tasks when needed
