North American Construction Group is hiring Dozer and Excavator Operators for the Kearl Project near Fort McMurray, Alberta. These are fly-in/fly-out union positions with 14/14 rotations, camp accommodations, and charter flights provided from Edmonton or Calgary. Operators will support mining production activities on one of Canada’s largest and safest contracts.

What you'll need:
-
Minimum 2–3 years operating Excavators (870 or larger) or Dozers (D9–D11)

1+ year mining experience preferred
-
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and recent Driver’s Abstract

CSO and Wildlife Awareness (Energy Safety Canada)

Ability to excavate grade/slope (Excavator) or support shovels (Dozer)

Comfortable working in muskeg/soft ground (Dozer)

Pass pre-employment testing: drug, alcohol, fitness-to-work, audiometric, vision

Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

High school diploma or GED preferred
