Ranger Energy Services is hiring Floorhands to support well servicing rig operations in El Reno, OK. This full-time role requires working under the supervision of a Rig Operator and Tool Pusher to assist with rig equipment, pipe handling, and safety procedures. Candidates must be able to perform physically demanding labor, work flexible schedules, and pass pre-employment screenings. What You’ll Need:

• 6 months of experience on a well servicing rig preferred
• Familiarity with pump and tank operations
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one
• Ability to perform manual labor and operate well servicing equipment
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings
