You'll provide hands-on mechanical service, from installations to troubleshooting and overhauls, for clients in oil and gas and other sectors. What you'll need:

Minimum 3+ years of experience with reciprocating compression systems
Technical certificate, associate degree, or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of engine theory, compressor repair, and diagnostics
Strong communication and reporting skills
Willingness to travel 200–300 days/year and work extended shifts
Physical ability to lift 40–50 lbs, climb ladders, and enter confined spaces

Familiarity with Cooper-Bessemer, Ajax, Superior, or Gemini compressors
Prior field service experience across multiple customer sectors
Proficiency with technical tools, documentation, and troubleshooting methods
