Field Maintenance Technicians – $40/hr – Bakersfield, CA

Ensign is hiring field maintenance technicians in Bakersfield, CA to support workover rigs by repairing and maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Ideal candidates will bring strong troubleshooting experience and be ready to respond to urgent maintenance needs, including weekends and nights. This is a vital support role in oilfield operations with excellent pay.

What you’ll need:

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems knowledge
• Experience with rig equipment such as Top Drives and Iron Roughnecks
• Familiarity with PLCs and three-phase electrical systems
• Availability for rotating and on-call work (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Ability to follow safety procedures and lead by example
