What you'll need:

High school diploma or GED (required for all roles)
Ability to lift, climb, crawl, stoop, and handle physically demanding work
For forepersons: 6+ years of experience in respective trade (Ironworker/Boilermaker)
For Instrument Techs: Proven maintenance or construction experience
Familiarity with safety procedures, tools, and team environments

What will make you stand out:

NCEER Certified Plus (Preferred for all leadership roles)
Recent hands-on industrial experience
Leadership experience (for forepersons)
Rigging, blueprint reading, or instrumentation experience
CDL or scaffold rigging experience (for Scaffold role)
