Exshaw Plant Seeking FT Labourers & Millwrights: Up to $53/hr + Advancement Opportunities

Graymont is hiring full-time, permanent Millwrights and Labourers at its Exshaw, Alberta plant. The company specializes in lime and limestone processing, operating in a 24/7 industrial environment. Millwrights will be responsible for equipment inspection, maintenance, fabrication, and mechanical installations. Labourers will support a wide range of plant activities including material movement, line operations, and snow removal, with growth opportunities into mobile equipment roles. What you’ll need:

Millwright:

• Journeyman Millwright Red Seal Certification
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Welding and fabrication proficiency
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Physical fitness and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to pass aptitude test and pre-employment screening

Labourer:

• Minimum age 18
• Grade 12 education
• Class 5 Driver’s License
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying conditions
• Mechanical experience an asset
• Ability to pass aptitude test and pre-employment screening

What will make you stand out:

• Experience in mining or industrial plant environments
• Trades-related background (millwright, blaster, mechanic)
• Equipment experience (skid steers, forklifts, loaders)
