What You’ll Like About This Job

OCL Group Inc. is seeking experienced Industrial Painters for their fabrication shop in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. This full-time role involves blasting and coating a variety of industrial surfaces using advanced spray methods. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience, valid safety tickets, and be flexible and reliable. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered after 90 days.

Perks & benefits:

$35 - $45 per hour based on experience
Overtime after 8 hours per day
10% vacation and stat pay
Benefits after 90 days (includes dental, vision, life, LTD, and more)

What you'll need:

Minimum 3 years of industrial painting experience
Facility sandblasting experience
Plural pump and spray experience (required)
Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to read and speak English
Capability to work with high PSI hoses
Familiarity with epoxies, urethanes, and grouts
May be required to pass drug and alcohol test

Journeyman Painter ticket
NACE/AMPP Level 2 coating tickets
Denso, SPC, and Stopaq certification
Additional safety tickets: PCST, Defensive Driving, LSE, Fall Protection, H2S Alive, Confined Space
