Marin H2O, Inc. is currently hiring for a full-time Excavating Crew Laborer to excavate and lay pipe in the Novato, CA area as a member of their "dig crew". This plumbing excavation position earns a competitive wage of $18.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This entry-level plumbing excavation position works four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, starting at 6:30 AM. That means Fridays are off!

As an entry-level Excavating Crew Laborer, you are an essential member of our "dig crew." When a job requires excavation to repair, replace, or install water pipes or sewer lines, you work with a team to dig in the required areas. With attention to safety and detail, you lay pipe in the areas you've excavated. Then, you backfill the areas.

Working efficiently with your team, you keep the job site clean and organized and execute every dig to the exact specifications of the project. You're not afraid to get your hands dirty and work outdoors in all conditions.
