What you’ll need:

High school diploma or GED
-
0–2 years (Level C), 2–4 years (Level B), or 4+ years (Level A) of oil and gas operations experience

Strong troubleshooting ability

Experience monitoring compressors, engines, and lube oil systems

Ability to travel, lift heavy objects, and work in adverse weather
