Equipment Operators – Up to $90K Annually with Company Vehicle – Waynesburg, PA

Ten Mile is hiring Equipment Operators for Frac Assist projects based around Waynesburg, PA. This role offers steady year-round work in a variety of weather conditions, supporting pipeline and site work operations. Ideal candidates will have prior equipment experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently on rotating shifts.

What you’ll need:

• 2 years of equipment operation experience (preferred)
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Medical Examiner’s Certificate for DOT vehicles
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and nights
• Knowledge of safety practices and PPE
• Experience operating dozers, excavators, rock trucks, and similar machinery
• Physical ability to work in varying weather conditions
