Operator Overview:

Join our team as a Golf Course Equipment Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of construction equipment under the guidance of our Assistant Superintendent or Project Superintendent. This position is vital as it directly impacts the safety of our team members, colleagues, and the public. If you're skilled in operating heavy machinery and prioritize safety above all else, we want you on our team.

Operator Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs the operation of equipment for golf course construction.
• Responsible for operating, repairing, and maintaining all equipment.
• Responsible for adhering to all company safety and OSHA regulations.
• The ability to work overtime and regular punctual attendance is required.

Operator Qualifications:

• Must have experience working on several golf course construction projects.
• Must have extensive experience on various types of equipment used in golf course construction.
• Work history with Heritage Links is preferred.
• Must be able to read and comprehend company policies.
• Must understand and/or speak English.
• Must be able to work without direct supervision.

Operator Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently.
• Requires a considerable amount of bending and stooping.
• Overtime and weekends work required.
• All the physical demands listed are essential functions.
