What You’ll Like About This Job

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking Equipment Operators for its Tracy, CA facility. This role involves operating and maintaining concrete production machinery, ensuring product quality, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience operating similar machinery in an industrial or manufacturing environment. This position requires working in hot, cold, and dusty conditions while following strict safety protocols.

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 2 years of experience operating similar equipment

  • Must provide safety boots/shoes upon hire (eligible for reimbursement after 30 days)
