What Aerotek is Hiring for:

Individual will be responsible for inspecting the company's product for defects. They will pack the product to the specifications for shipment and ensure quality production to meet customers' specs. Will need to complete required quality/production paperwork and maintain cleanliness of the line by sweeping, shoveling product, proper storage of tools and empty trash. Person will be required to push, pull, use hand tools, stand for extended periods of time, carry up to 50lbs and withstand extreme heat or cold during seasonal months. These are long-term and permanent positions with the opportunity for advancement. We will be conducting interviews starting this week.

Hard Skills

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred, but not required.
Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, twist for the duration of the shift.
Basic computer skills.
Attention to detail.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Tipton, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

This is a rather mild environment. In some cases, it can get a little cooler in the winter or hotter in the summer, but no work is outside. Typical manufacturing type facility that is clean and well laid out.
