Halliburton is hiring entry-level Operator Assistants and Trainees across multiple U.S. locations including North Dakota, Alaska, Louisiana, and Texas. These roles are ideal for individuals ready to enter the oilfield industry and receive comprehensive paid training. Candidates should be able to obtain a CDL, work flexible schedules, and thrive in physically demanding environments.

Perks & benefits:

  • $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
  • $45/day Per Diem or housing provided (varies by location)
  • Paid Training and CDL assistance
  • 2 weeks on / 1 week off rotational schedules (in some locations)
  • $300–$500 monthly stipends or sign-on bonuses (location-dependent)

What you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean MVR (no DUI/DWI in past 3 years)
  • Ability to obtain Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement (training provided)
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
  • Willingness to work long or irregular hours, including on-call shifts

  • CDL permit or manual transmission experience
  • Flexibility for travel or relocation (especially for Fort Lupton and Prudhoe Bay)
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
  • Previous mechanical, labor, or outdoor work experience
