Entry Level Labor Jobs, No Education Required Training Available

Seeking a versatile worker for a manufacturing position that includes roles such as Stacker, Sheet Loader, Bander, Unloader, and others. The role involves supporting production, quality control, and packaging in a tile manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions:

• Comply with safety policies and production requirements

• Perform tasks in different roles: - Stacker: Remove, inspect, and stack tiles on pallets - Bander: Secure stacked products and prepare tables - Unloader: Remove molds from racks for packaging - Middleman: Assist with production efficiency, forklift operation for breaks and changeovers - Samples: Select, label, and package tiles for customers - Oxides: Prepare sample oxide bags - Hand Specials: Produce hand-crafted items with quality consistency

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to read and interpret safety, operations, and maintenance instructions

• Manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting skills

• Good communication skills; English required, Spanish helpful

• Attention to detail with basic math and computer skills

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma preferred

• Minimum 1 year of general labor experience in manufacturing, willing to train

Physical Requirements:

• Exposure to noise and temperature extremes

• Prolonged standing, bending, twisting, and repetitive movements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work around dust and chemicals
