Job Summary:
Frac Hand is an entry level position for new hires to become familiar with the water transfer process.

Duties/Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities and job tasks for this position include the following:
• Arrives on site to work on time and fit for duty
• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
• Maintains a professional appearance and a good attitude
• Helps to maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Assists with rig up and rig down operations when necessary
• Performs work with a high level of quality under the direct supervision of Lead Operator
• Job requires constant attention to water levels in tanks to avoid overflows or waterfalls
• Lay down heavy hose that will be used to move water from a source to a customer job site using motorized equipment or by hauling it by hand
• Remove heavy hose at the end of a job
• Monitor water tank levels and adjust how much water is flowing through it as needed
• Maintains a constant focus on learning and process improvement
• Performs other duties as required for which the employee is qualified and trained
