12+ Electricians ($41.00/hr - $75.00/hr) Wanted in Whitecourt, AB (OT, Benefits, Camp & More)

This position is based on a client site in Whitecourt, AB. This position is expected to start on January 9th, and it could run until early February. The work schedule is planned to be straight through. This is a camp-based opportunity.

  What would you be doing?  

• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings and electrical code specifications to decide on wiring layouts. 
• Cut, thread, bend, assemble and install conduits and other types o electrical conductor enclosures and fixtures. 
• Pull wire through conduits and holes in walls and floors. 
• Position, support , and install equipment such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, panels, fuse enclosures, fire alarms, lighting controls, and auto backup generators. 
• Install, replace, support, and repair electrical systems and related electrical equipment. 
• Testing circuits to ensure integrity and safety.  

Does this sound like you? 

• Have a Journeyperson Electrician card or Apprentice Electrician ticket. 
• Valid and up to up-to-date tickets: H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, and WHMIS. 
• Have high regard for personal safety, the safety of company assets, and employees. 
• Self-motivated, capable of performing tasks with minimal supervision. 
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle strict deadlines. 

Perks of the job:

• Journeyperson employee rate is $41.00/hr DSP RT 50.00/hr and OT $75.00/hr
