PBF Energy is hiring Electricians for its Martinez Refinery to support electrical control systems, switch gears, relays, motors, and conduit installations. This is a union-covered position with high earning potential and strong career stability. Ideal candidates have over 3,000 hours of trade experience and are comfortable working in industrial and high-voltage environments.

What you’ll need:

High school diploma or GED
3,000+ hours of experience in the electrical trade
Valid driver’s license
TWIC card (or ability to obtain)
Ability to work at heights and in inclement weather
Knowledge of NEC and electrical safety practices

What will make you stand out:

Journeyman-level certification
Experience with high-voltage systems (up to 13.8KV)
Familiarity with SAP and electrical schematics
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
