What you’ll need:

Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification (BC)
Minimum 5 years’ industrial experience
Comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts (2 days/2 nights/4 off)
Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, and background check
Strong communication, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting ability

What will make you stand out:

Instrumentation Red Seal
Experience with PLC, CEMS, gas analyzers, and SAP systems
Familiarity with computerized maintenance systems and safety protocols (e.g., lockout/tagout)
