Lafarge is hiring certified Electricians for a rotating shift position at its Richmond, BC plant. This role focuses on maintenance, repair, and installation of industrial electrical systems and instrumentation. Ideal candidates have Red Seal certification and thrive in a safety-first, team-oriented environment.

What you’ll need:

Certified Journeyman Electrician (BC Red Seal)
5+ years of relevant trade experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills
Knowledge of PLCs, CEMS, lockout/tagout, and thermography tools
Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)
Ability to pass pre-employment testing (medical, drug, criminal record check)

What will make you stand out:

Instrumentation Red Seal certification
SAP system experience
Experience with gas analyzers and PM programs
Strong communication and safety-focused mindset
