Electricians & Millwrights: $45-$50/hr

Seeking talented Red Seal Millwrights or Electricians with strong leadership skills for an industry-leading manufacturer in Guelph, Ontario.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled multi-trade team in ongoing maintenance efforts at a state-of-the-art production facility on the night shift, where you get lots of autonomy & can really build out your leadership skill set. The successful candidate will provide training, guidance & performance management, allocate manpower & resources, implement and enforce measures to drive continuous improvement, and promote a strong safety culture in a fast-paced, highly automated manufacturing environment. 

Eligible candidates will be licensed millwrights or electricians with strong knowledge of industrial robots, injection molding machines, and auto manufacturing in general. Previous leadership/supervisory experience is vital, candidates who lead by example and emphasize training and mentor-ship are very desirable.

Required Qualifications :

• Millwright, Electrician, or other relevant Red Seal Trade Qualification (ie. machinist, tool & die maker, etc.), candidates without a trade ticket will NOT be considered
• 5+ years of experience in an auto manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience
• Strong familiarity with injection molding machines & industrial robots preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work nights M-F, 11pm - 7am
