Drillout/Flowback Operators ($21-$28/hr, 14/7, Housing)

We are currently looking for a Drillout/Flowback Operator to join our team. This is a role that does require 2+ years previous experience. It requires close supervision for the first several days on the job or until you can demonstrate you can successfully complete the duties on your own. This opportunity is only for the individual who is ready to perform work that requires physical effort. It's only for someone who is dependable and interested in getting plenty hours of work.

Required Skills:

Drive and operate company truck and equipment to include generators, pumps, manifolds and valves

Operate gauges on pump/pressure system and be capable of moving large hoses/iron and equipment.

Consults with customer representative for all job information and invoices.

Perform and repair/redress to manifolds, valves and chokes

Perform drillout/flowback process audit

Responsible for reporting equipment/personnel failures

Responsible for ensuring a safe work environment at all times.

Maintaining a safe work environment

Tracking, recording, and monitoring of drillout/flowback activities including pressure, flow rate and debris recovery

Inspecting and assuring the quality of equipment

All other duties as assigned.

Qualification requirements:

Able to communicate in English

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Valid Driver’s License

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must undergo background check and DISA Drug screen

Must be able to pass pre-employment, post-accident, random drug tests

Must be able to follow directions and company policies

The ability to multitask.

The ability to work both cooperatively and independently while being self-motivated.

Must have basic knowledge of field invoices, filling out forms correctly and getting signatures from customers.

Must be able to keep up with required paperwork filling out in a timely manner and turning in to the appropriate personnel.

Physical requirements:

Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to stand, crawl, climb and sit for extended periods of time.

Must be able to wear personal protective equipment such as steel toed boots, safety glasses, ear plugs and hard hats when needed.

Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods in hot, cold, rainy and windy weather.
