What you’ll need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3–5 years of diesel or heavy equipment mechanic experience
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL may be required)
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor conditions

What will make you stand out:

  • Trade school or OEM certifications
  • Field repair or road mechanic experience
  • Bilingual communication skills
  • Experience with HVAC, pumps, or large-scale generators (preferred)
