What OCL Group is Hiring for:

Experienced Crane Operator to support a project in BC. 

Shift is 14/7. Camp provided.

Responsibilities:

The Crane Operator will be responsible for crane operation running a 55 Ton Tadano RT

  • Ensure the load is fixed and does not exceed the weight limit
  • Ensure the mobile crane is level and that the stabilizers are properly positioned before operating
  • Move loads using the safest route
  • Interpret lifting capacity tables

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of crane operation experience
  • Minimum 3 years mining or industrial construction experience
  • Valid crane operator certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • A demonstrated background in team leadership with a focus on worksite safety
