CP Chem Project in Orange, TX: Ironworkers, Riggers, Warehouse & Helpers – Up to $35/hr + Per Diem

PCL Industrial Construction Co. is hiring for multiple craft and warehouse roles on the CP Chem Project in Orange, TX. Open positions include Ironworker Journeyman, Rigger Journeyman, Warehouseman, and Warehouse Helper. These roles are part of a major industrial build with long-term potential, competitive pay, and per diem available for qualified trades.

Perks & benefits:

• $32 - $35 per hour (Ironworker and Rigger positions)
• $95/day per diem (for eligible roles)
• 5x10s work schedule
• Nightshift options available (Warehouse roles)

What you'll need:

• Ironworker: 48+ months verifiable Ironworker experience
• Ironworker: Ability to read blueprints, rig, and use cutting tools
• Ironworker: Must pass DISA drug/alcohol/background screening
• Rigger: 4+ years industrial rigging experience
• Rigger: NCCER Advanced Rigger certification
• Rigger: Familiarity with rigging signals, lift plans, and OSHA standards
• Rigger: Must pass DISA pre-employment requirements
• Warehouseman: Forklift experience in tight areas
• Warehouseman: Ability to label, inspect, and move materials
• Warehouseman: DISA screening and basic safety training required
• Warehouse Helper: Forklift experience preferred
• Warehouse Helper: Support inventory handling and construction requests
• Warehouse Helper: No per diem; must be local or self-relocate
• Warehouse Helper: DISA background and drug test required
