What Cameco Corporation is Hiring for:

As a civil dewatering coordinator, you will support the civil dewatering department in ensuring a safe and reliable operation of the dewatering system and DTMF.  You will provide support in the areas of civil engineering and water treatment, ensuring all is accomplished with a strong commitment to safety and environmental performance excellence. In this position you will coordinate the technical services that civil dewatering provides to other departments at the Key Lake operation. This includes technical oversight at the RO plant, the stockpile management, and surveying support to operations and the projects departments, and the Corporate GEE group. This position will be involved with the planning of the water management strategies and tailings facility operation at site.

 

Requirements of the position:                                                                   

  • A civil, water, or environmental sciences engineering technology diploma
  • A minimum of five years relevant experience
  • An A.Sc.T or a C.E.T or international equivalent is preferred
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software programs

 

Assets:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D

 

Preference will be given to Residents of Saskatchewan’s North.
