Construction Labourers: $30.00 Per Hour

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors regarding construction tasks.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their duties, including carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work.
• Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience / familiarity with Concrete work, Wood Framing, Hand Demolition, Landscaping
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of construction tools and safety practices is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned tasks.
• Must have a Hard Hat, Safety Boots, Hi- Vis Vest
