Opportunity Snapshot:

  • Compensation: $35-65/hour
  • Location: Pecos, TX
  • Assignment Duration: 12 months+
  • Work Schedule: 10/4 rotation
  • Benefits: Comprehensive insurance , 401(k), Holidays and PTO

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Daily Operation and Maintenance of compressors and all equipment associated with compressor
  • Function as the primary point of contact between compressor rental/service companies and the production foreman/maintenance foreman
  • Determine the cause of mechanical failures to identify ways to prevent future failures
  • This may include compressor performance, troubleshooting, and environmental concerns. Support EH&S departments in ensuring compliance with Air Emissions permits
  • Coordinate with operations staff for compressor adjustments for gas lift system and PM schedules

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience
  • PEC Safeland Certification to be obtained prior to beginning this role - cannot be older than 12 months
  • ANSI Z390.1-2017
  • Instructor led H2S training
  • LOTO
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the company
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Able to troubleshoot equipment failures 
  • High School Diploma required
