Canadian Slickline & Swabbing is hiring Slickline Operators/Supervisors for its Grande Prairie, AB operations.

This role requires experienced Wireline Supervisor/Swab Rig Manager to oversee operations, maintain safety standards, and contribute to business development. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, hold a Class 3 license, and be willing to relocate if necessary. Additional skills in Swab Rig operations, training, troubleshooting, and mechanical work are considered beneficial. Compensation will be hourly or salary-based, depending on experience, and the company provides comprehensive health benefits after 3 months along with an RRSP matching program.

What You’ll Need

Minimum 5 years of Wireline experience in North America
Clean Class 3 License
Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
Experience with Excel and MS Word
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Physically fit and willing to go the extra mile
