CNC Machinist who will be responsible for programming, set up, and operation of the Citizen CNC Swiss lathe & other horizontal & vertical machines.

M-Th 6:20a-4:50p (sometimes half day on Friday when needed)

Temp to hire position

Work locally-on bus route!

CNC Machinist Details:

CNC Machinist Work schedule: 1st shift
Pay rate: $20/hr & up based on experience
Programming, set up & operation of the Citizen CNC Swiss machine
Programming, set up & operation of manual CNC Vertical & Horizontal machines
CNC Machinist will inspect parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications using proper gauges
CNC Machinist will perform daily maintenance check on machines & report concerns
CNC Machinist will do gauge checks
Deburr work in process

CNC Machinist Qualifications:

CNC Machinist must have previous experience in turning small parts
CNC Machinist must have previous experience in a production or machine shop environment working with CNC machines
Must have experience with mills & lathes.
CNC Machinist must have experience in tool changes & offsets
CNC Machinist must be able to grind cutting tools, read & interpret blueprints & work order instructions
CNC Machinist must have a working knowledge of computers
CNC Machinist must be able to take verbal & written instructions & work from handmade sketches
CNC Machinist must be able to use & understand micrometers & calipers
CNC Machinist need stable job history
CNC Machinist needs a High School Diploma or GED
