Client in Midland, TX Hiring STICK WELDERS. $30.00/Hr. Multiple Positions Available.

Skills & Aptitudes

• Knowledge of welding and pipefitting is required either through schooling or empirical application  
• Detailed and organized manner.
• Willingness to learn
• Hands on personality for equipment and processes
• Be dependable, trustworthy, truthful and credible in the workplace
• Display an ability to build relationships up, down and across the organization
• Plan for additional resources, set goals and objectives
• Identify problems in a timely manner and working with a group, develop solutions
• Customer Service Skills: Meets internal and external commitments, responds promptly to customer needs, and solicit feedback to improve service

• 7 months of Trade school welding instruction preferred

Certificates & Licenses

• Current or former welding certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs professional fabrication work  based on engineering instruction and design The work includes table welding on site welding, pipe fitting, Heavy equipment operation), and problem solving
• Training will be required, but basic knowledge in these areas is required
• Analyze and trouble shoot fabrication issues
• Take notes when needed
• Adhere to guidelines, policies and procedures
