What Express Employment Professionals is Hiring for:

Class 1 Truck Driver/Equipment Operator

Location: Calgary, AB

Salary: $30.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation - Your own vehicle
  • Valid Class 1 License
  • Experienced in operating 4WD, dual axle-tri-drive
  • Experience with Vac-Trucks, pressure trucks and tankers preferred
  • Experience in operating graders
  • Oil and Gas industry experience
  • Proficiency in English, both verbally and written
  • Willing to work, aside from drive. Involves some lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Must provide excellent customer service
  • PPE (Steel Toed Boots)
  • Ability to work in a diverse range of temperatures

Schedule:

  • 8-10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday, possibly Saturday or Sunday. (Day shift)

Experience:

  • Oil and Gas industry
  • Construction experience preferred

Licence/Certification:

  • H2S Alive required
  • First Aid required
  • CSO Certification preferred
  • Confined Space Certification preferred

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cochrane, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
