CDL-A Driver

Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Pay Rate:  $26.00/hr. To $31.00/ hr. DOE

Position: Full time

Make deliveries to customer job sites while adhering to all DOT regulations and safety procedures. Load inventory on truck and unload at customer site. Operate trucks to pick up and deliver products, supplies and equipment to and from organization, supplier, and customer sites. Duties may involve complex pickups and deliveries, night deliveries, transport of dangerous and hazardous materials.
Area of Work:
Houston Gulf Coast, Coastal Bend Area in Corpus Christi, Tx, and South Texas region East Texas and Louisiana
Certificates & Licences

• TWIC card
• CDL Class A 
• Hazardous and Tanker endorsements 
• DISA Hair, NASAP and DISA Background 

• Acceptable driving record

• Able to complete required site courses at Safety Council facility (40hr Hazwoper)
• Professional Appearance and able to communicate professionally with customers
• Safety Minded
• Able to pass a fit test

Working Conditions

• Able to work Shift work
• Turnaround work
• Be on call on weekends

Experience

• Two years, verifiable service within the commercial trucking industry
• Hydro Excavator and Air Machine
• Straight Vacuum Truck (70bbl and 130bbl)
• Hydro Excavator and Air Machine exp.
• Scrubber Vacuum Truck(70bbl)
• Roll off truck (3 axle, 5 axle and double haulers)
• Dry van (53ft box)
• Hazardous waste transportation
• Out of state transport
