Calling All Mechanics in Thessalon, ON for up to $48.00/Hour

Ledcor Highways is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Technicians/Mechanics to join their dedicated team across multiple locations in Ontario, including Bruce Mines, Thessalon, and Sault Ste. Marie. This full-time role involves the maintenance and repair of heavy construction and highway maintenance equipment such as plow and sanding trucks, loaders, and light support gear. Technicians will follow internal and manufacturer maintenance programs, participate in safety procedures, and complete required documentation.

Ledcor offers competitive compensation with a base hourly rate of $43.00 and a skilled trade premium of $5/hour for certain northern Ontario locations. Additional benefits include health, dental, RSP, and pension plans, along with a 4-day-on, 3-day-off rotation schedule.

Applicants must have a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician ticket, prior experience with heavy civil construction or highway maintenance equipment, and a valid driver’s license. This role requires the ability to work independently and effectively troubleshoot and repair various equipment.
