What Adecco is Hiring for:

Electrician 

Location: Brantford, ON

Required Availability: Day shift

Job type: Full-time | Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily job tasks safely, effectively, with quality workmanship and on-time
  • Review / prepare electrical schematics and specifications
  • Ensure drawings and specifications will function as designed in environment intended for  use
  • Install and troubleshoot electrical main and control circuits for motors and control devices for HVAC systems
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects
  • Test the equipment for proper performance
  • Perform other electrical related assigned work as job requires
  • Keep detailed and accurate reports and documentation
  • Attend services calls when required
  • Ensure scrap and rework to a minimum - report scrap and/or rework immediately to  supervisor
  • Complete all required paperwork daily (timecards, job worksheets etc.)
  • Ensure work area is clean, organized, and free of any safety hazards at all times
  • Attend / participate in weekly production meetings
  • Communicate immediately to supervisor should any problems arise with tasks assigned

Requirements and Qualifications: 

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

Education

Must have your High School diploma or equivalent

Must be a graduate of Electrician’s trade school

Licenses & Tickets

Must be a Licensed/Ticketed electrician

  • Effectively organize time to ensure all job duties are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
