What You’ll Like About This Job

Holcim is hiring Boat Crew Members to transport site personnel and materials in Egmont, BC. Candidates will be responsible for safe vessel operation, routine maintenance, and janitorial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate holds a Commercial Boat Operator License and has experience in fast-paced marine transport environments.

What you’ll need:

  • Commercial Boat Operators License

  • Small Vessel Operator training and marine radio skills

  • First Aid Level 1 (preferred)

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar field

  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work independently

  • Strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude
