What You’ll Like About This Job

GrizzlyTrek Group is hiring Blaster Coaters in Fort McMurray, AB for a 6-week industrial contract. This position involves surface preparation and coating applications in an outdoor, fast-paced environment. It is ideal for experienced local workers, as no LOA or camp is provided. Full benefits and strong safety culture are included.

What you'll need:

Minimum 1 year of blasting and coating experience
Valid CSO or BSO certification
Physically fit and able to work 10–12 hour shifts
Familiarity with safety procedures and PPE use

What will make you stand out:

Industrial or oilsands experience
Additional safety certifications (Fall Protection, Confined Space)
Experience with various coating methods and materials
Ability to work independently in a high-risk environment
