What you’ll need:

Relevant trade certifications or industrial experience (varies by role)
Valid Driver’s License

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts in various weather conditions
Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities

What will make you stand out:

Millwright certification or mechanical aptitude (Conveyor Crew)
Experience with CAT or Hexagon Systems (Dispatcher)
BC Mines Surface Blaster Certification (Blaster)
Red Seal Electrician Certification (Dispatch Electrician)
Familiarity with Sandvik/Epiroc drills or mobile mining equipment (Drill Technician)
