Danos is hiring Ballast Control Operators in Houma, LA for deepwater offshore assignments focused on stability control and fluid transfer operations. This 14/14 rotation position requires a valid USCG BCO license and experience in maintaining marine system integrity. Candidates must demonstrate strong safety awareness, technical reporting, and emergency preparedness.

What you’ll need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid USCG BCO license
  • Real ID or U.S. passport
  • Offshore experience preferred
  • Rigger and Crane Certifications
  • Familiarity with Maximo and maintenance documentation

What will make you stand out:

  • Supervisory experience in marine operations
  • Experience with Management of Change (MoC) and ISSOW protocols
  • Active participation in root cause investigations and competency development
