What You’ll Like About This Job

ConocoPhillips is hiring Multi-Skill Operators and I&E Technicians to support its Bakken operations in North Dakota and Montana. These roles involve field-based production monitoring, maintenance of instrumentation and electrical systems, and safety leadership. Candidates with mechanical aptitude or I&E experience are encouraged to apply, with training available for newcomers.

What you'll need:

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver's license
Mechanical or I&E experience
Ability to work night shifts, climb heights, and operate in extreme weather
Willingness to be on-call and travel as needed

What will make you stand out:

Associate's degree or trade certification in related technical fields
Knowledge of SCADA, National Electric Code, and electronic test instruments
Oil & gas production experience
Familiarity with VFDs and process controls systems
Proficiency in Microsoft O365 tools and SAP systems
