This full-time role includes contract management, performance reporting, and coordination with site teams on 12-hour shifts. It’s ideal for someone with a technical background and a desire to grow into a leadership position within civil construction.

What you’ll need:

Post-secondary technical education (preferred)
Experience in civil construction (strong asset)
Proficiency with MS Office and project software
Ability to work long shifts and travel (up to 75%)
Team-oriented with multitasking and communication skills

Familiarity with RFIs and contract performance evaluations
